User registration with NVÍA. User can register as Sender or Traveller

NVÍA undertakes users screening for validation

REQUEST

SENDER User request shipment , weight of cargo (up to 15 kg) city and date of departure.

TRAVELLER User notifies destination and date of upcoming trip

RESERVATION

Sender chooses traveller

Payment is hold by NVIA platform/ escrow account

Goods are insured against damage or loss

Sender receives a code

RECOMMEND

A two-way rating system for users

Account may be suspended when users do not abide by Community guidelines

PAYMENT

On Delivery confirmation, sender shares code with traveller

Escrow account/platform releases payment to traveller via bank account or Paypal/Stripe account

If shipment is cancelled, NVIA returns payment to sender

We are developing our own collaborative filtering algorithm making automatic predictions (filtering) about the interests of a user by collecting preferences or taste information from many other users (collaborating). Our idea is to develop predictive, personalized services driven by data-rich ecosystem and being able to understand user's needs and wants
